About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Room Division Manager to lead the rooms division across front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services. The role sits in the senior leadership team and reports into the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services teams.
- Own the end-to-end guest journey from reservation to departure.
- Drive consistent standards across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Manage rooms division budgets, forecasts, and labour planning.
- Coach department heads and develop the wider rooms team.
- Liaise with revenue management on rate strategy and inventory.
- Resolve escalations and oversee VIP arrangements.
What we are looking for
- Senior rooms division or front-office leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people-development track record.
- Comfort with PMS, reporting, and labour planning.
- Excellent spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
