About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting an IT Manager to oversee the property's technology, network, and operational systems across the resort.
Responsibilities
- Manage networking, Wi-Fi, switches, and on-site servers.
- Maintain PMS, POS, and other operational systems.
- Support staff with day-to-day IT issues across the resort.
- Oversee the security of guest and staff data and devices.
- Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, and software providers.
- Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
What we are looking for
- Prior IT or systems-administration experience in hospitality or a comparable environment.
- Practical knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, and small-business servers.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS / POS systems is a plus.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
