About the role

BASK Gili Meno is recruiting Guest Service Assistants to support the daily guest experience across check-in, concierge, and on-property service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome arriving guests and support the check-in process.
  • Handle requests, bookings, and questions throughout the stay.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering on guest needs.
  • Support concierge tasks: activities, transfers, dining recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records.

What we are looking for

  • Prior front-office or guest-services experience in hospitality.
  • Warm, attentive, and professional with guests.
  • Strong spoken English; additional languages welcome.
  • Right to work in Indonesia.
