About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting Guest Service Assistants to support the daily guest experience across check-in, concierge, and on-property service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests and support the check-in process.
- Handle requests, bookings, and questions throughout the stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering on guest needs.
- Support concierge tasks: activities, transfers, dining recommendations.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and records.
What we are looking for
- Prior front-office or guest-services experience in hospitality.
- Warm, attentive, and professional with guests.
- Strong spoken English; additional languages welcome.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
