About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting an Engineering & Housekeeping Admin to coordinate paperwork, scheduling, and stock management across the engineering and housekeeping teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and housekeeping rosters.
- Track stock and consumables for both teams.
- Maintain logs, asset records, and supplier paperwork.
- Process work orders and ensure follow-through on completion.
- Liaise with the wider operations team on shared priorities.
What we are looking for
- Prior administrative experience in a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
