About the role

BASK Gili Meno is recruiting an Engineering & Housekeeping Admin to coordinate paperwork, scheduling, and stock management across the engineering and housekeeping teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and housekeeping rosters.
  • Track stock and consumables for both teams.
  • Maintain logs, asset records, and supplier paperwork.
  • Process work orders and ensure follow-through on completion.
  • Liaise with the wider operations team on shared priorities.

What we are looking for

  • Prior administrative experience in a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Right to work in Indonesia.
