About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Demi Chef to support the kitchen brigade across daily service in the resort's dining outlets.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and service.
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standard.
- Maintain station cleanliness, organisation, and food-safety practices.
- Manage portion control, waste, and stock at station level.
- Step up to cover the Chef de Partie when needed.
What we are looking for
- One or more years of kitchen experience as a commis chef or similar.
- Working knowledge of food-safety standards.
- Reliable, organised, and able to perform under service pressure.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
