About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Cook Helper to support the kitchen team with preparation and station setup before and during service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place for the kitchen team.
- Assist cooks during service with plating and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of stations, equipment, and walk-ins.
- Receive and store deliveries to kitchen standards.
- Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
What we are looking for
- Some prior kitchen experience, in any setting.
- Reliable timekeeping and a strong team attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
