About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Cook to contribute to daily service across the resort's dining outlets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standard.
- Maintain station cleanliness, organisation, and food-safety practices.
- Support the team during service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Manage portion control, waste, and stock at the station level.
- Follow HACCP and kitchen hygiene procedures at all times.
What we are looking for
- Prior cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or resort kitchen.
- Working knowledge of food-safety standards.
- Reliable, organised, and able to perform under service pressure.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
