Join the BASK kitchen brigade preparing dishes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in our dining outlets.

About the role

BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Cook to contribute to daily service across the resort's dining outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standard.
  • Maintain station cleanliness, organisation, and food-safety practices.
  • Support the team during service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Manage portion control, waste, and stock at the station level.
  • Follow HACCP and kitchen hygiene procedures at all times.

What we are looking for

  • Prior cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or resort kitchen.
  • Working knowledge of food-safety standards.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to perform under service pressure.
  • Right to work in Indonesia.
