About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Cashier Shift Leader to lead the cashier team on shift and own the integrity of on-property billing, payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the cashier team on shift and coach cashiers on consistent process.
- Reconcile takings, floats, and end-of-shift reports.
- Resolve billing queries and exceptions with guests and operations.
- Oversee handling of cash, card, and foreign-currency payments.
- Liaise with finance on banking, refunds, and audit support.
- Maintain accurate records and process discipline at the till.
What we are looking for
- Prior cashier supervisor or shift-leader experience in a hotel, restaurant, or comparable setting.
- Strong numeracy and trustworthy handling of cash and cards.
- Comfortable with PMS and POS systems.
- Calm, organised, and team-oriented.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
