About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Bartender and Barista to prepare drinks across coffee, cocktails, and the wider bar service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and specialty coffee to recipe and quality standard.
- Maintain bar setup, equipment, and presentation.
- Engage warmly with guests and recommend pairings.
- Manage stock and breakage at the bar.
- Support menu development and ongoing training.
What we are looking for
- Prior bartending and / or barista experience.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails and / or specialty coffee.
- Friendly, outgoing presence behind the bar.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
