About the role
BASK Gili Meno is recruiting a Bar Captain to lead service on shift across our beach club bar and dining outlets.
Responsibilities
- Lead bar service across the shift.
- Coach and guide bartenders and baristas during service.
- Drive consistent execution of cocktails, drinks, and presentation.
- Manage stock, par levels, and quality of bar inventory.
- Handle guest interaction, recommendations, and special requests.
- Support new menu launches and team training.
What we are looking for
- Bar leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge.
- Confident communicator with guests and team.
- Right to work in Indonesia.
