15% ROI
Across the first two years of your investment, BASK guarantees a return of 15% on your initial purchase price. From the 3rd year onwards, investors benefit from an adjusted pool revenue system.

Exclusive 30 days usage per year
Each year our investors are able to enjoy their villa for 30 days. These days can be spread through the year and are available for personal, family & friends, or even valued clients to use.

No hidden fees
Your initial purchase price is your only expense when purchasing one of our villas. We take care of the maintenance, service, and management costs at no extra charge.
Become a villa owner in just seven steps
Book a meeting with our in-house advisory team to understand more about our concept and which villas are available for purchase.
Once you’ve understood the concept and wish to proceed with your purchase, our team will guide you through the available villas remaining that reflect your desired price point.
Upon selection, our advisory team will then explain the legal process of purchasing a villa at the BASK resort before going ahead with the reservation deposit. Please note, each villa purchase is on a case-by-case basis due to the stage of construction that your selected villa is at.
All of our Investors pay a reservation fee upon selection. This amount places your chosen villa on hold.
Upon completing the reservation payment, our team will put into place a timeline of payment. Again, each villa is on a case-by-case basis due to the stage of construction.
After your timeline of events is generated, this will reflect your payment structure. Upon final payment, this is the stage in which you complete the purchase of your villa and your guaranteed 15% ROI will begin paying out in 6 month instalments.
This final stage is the signing off on your property registration and rights. This step can be completed in person, or through a power of attorney, which is assigned to our head of international investments.
